FWIW, I go in for my left eye surgery tomorrow. Hoping things will go smoothly. Doctor did tell me last visit with the actual surgeon that I might have problems because my eyes are so small. But said it was a chance in millions it would happen to me. So, I have my fingers crossed and God on my side that things should be okay.
We'll all have you in our thoughts.

Good luck Mar!

Hope you hear some good news Ted!

I haven't been commenting on anyone's photos much in the past few days. Just haven't been in the mood really. I will be playing catch up on it in the next few days though. Hoping I can get back in the groove soon.

I think I'll be going with my new Super Tak 55 1.8 instead of the Vivitar 28 2.8 for Bokehcember. The 28 is super sharp, but since the focus will mostly be on bokeh, I think the Super Tak would be the better lens choice.

Rest up Jamfke and gear yourself up for next month then! I'm feeling slightly nervous about using 200mm for a month. Then again, it's just sitting there collecting dust, so I may as well use this as an excuse to use it. Gawd... is the month over yet?!?!

I used a 70-00mm one full month. That 200mm should be okay to carry around.

Back from eye surgery. It went smoothly, no pain felt at all. They did offer me a valium, but I turned it down telling them I don't like high powered drugs and I was not nervous. If I misspelled any words forgive me bcause the numing drops haven't worn off yet, and my eye is stilll blurry from all the other drops and the surgery.
