I like this thread, lots of interesting flowers. Sometimes I try to play with the composition, to include non-flower elements. But for some reason this kind of photos of mine don't get much love.


Rosy Cathedral (exif, bigger version, etc. here).

Scraggly

Yet yet quite beautiful.

The bokeh adds to the scraggly effect IMO.

They are among the strangest looking flowers around.

OK, I snagged the wrong picture code and dropped a rose in Billy's tiny flower thread. I humbly apologize for screwing up the chi there. Hope it doesn't wilt all the really nice contributions there.
