Yeah, nice shot of the iris but I'd have thought that qualified for macro. JK.

I shot this the day after a tech visit to my niece's house.

Just started blooming beside the house



Texas Thistle, somewhere in East Texas on a road trip to Shreveport...stopped for gas and a potty break, these were blooming beside the parking lot. I got some seeds, they might end up in my wildflower patch.

I've never been able to ID this one, a form of Blue Eyed Grass I think but not sure. Just big enough to escape the Tiny Flowers thread...

I shot this one outside my bank. It's a planted flower and lots of them. I do not know what they are called but I thought it pretty.
