I did not notice the bee until after I uploaded onto my computer. I imagine the bee was somewhat surprised also.

Just like the title says, the only adjustment was downsizing. I studied it for some time and it appeared to not need any changes in PPE. The color looks so pure and rich.

That's cool! I sometimes capture an insect unexpectedly when photographing flowers, but usually it's something tiny that I had not noticed on the flower itself.

Tansy, a smallish flower that makes a big cluster, which has been blooming profusely in some areas I've been recently, both in MessyChewBits and Idaho, and a crab spider I did not see when I pressed the shutter release - unfortunately a bit OOF because a high shutter speed and wide aperture (= shallow DOF) was dictated by enough wind to send the cluster in and out of the frame.

Unfortunately the deer have eaten all the foliage so there are just the flower stalks.
