Potomac River Hibiscus

These were taken with my iPhone since I was really there to fish--not photograph. This is really in the middle of the river--one of my favorite places in the world. The clouds are scraps of Irma, blown up from the south.

Love the stray hibiscus especially since ours are already finished here in northern Ohio. First whiff of cooler September nights, and our hibiscus stops blossoming for the season.

We generally have several coming up from volunteer seed, but none this year.
