Alpinia purpurata, this is the pink form of "red ginger". The actual flowers are pretty small, tucked inside the pink bracts, but they're almost invisible and this is the way the flowering display looks...

). Not really lilies, they're related to Amaryllis, and also sometimes called "resurrection" lilies. Beautiful! The color is so delicate!
