Thank you. Jocelyn and I planted over 500 tubers this year, but the long wet summer rotted around half of them, but still we have a few different varieties, maybe 200, but who's counting!

Understood, completely. We have two seasons here, wet and dry. That's the bigger difference, rather than temperature, although of course it's a lot warmer in summer than in what passes here for winter. But summer is very, very wet, and most winters are very, very dry...not unheard-of to go months without a drop of rain. So "gardening" here can be a major challenge, and the ag sector does most planting in the fall. It's simply too wet in summer. Rainy season usually ends in late October, so we are anxiously awaiting the mild dry days perfect for outings (and film wasting
