I think my birthday suit must have stretched in the wash, it's much bigger than it used to be.

Update on Bramela (Bruce)

Many Forum friends welcomed Bruce's first photo posts last month as he regained strength from his continuing battle with the big C. Like me, you may also have noticed his absence more recently. A couple of days ago I caught up with his wife Pam who asked me to prepare an update for his Forum friends.

In short, Bruce was returned to hospital suddenly with a severe lung infection, but appears to have successfully endured surgery to resolve that issue. Concerns that the lung problem may be a secondary expression of the initial cancer are being addressed through additional tests, the results of which are expected shortly. However the general feeling is that the infection was a consequence of the adverse effects of the chemotherapy on his immune system. Pam advises that he's back on the road to recovery, with some comfort being drawn from his occasional crankiness at being kept in hospital again.
