That will be a fun one. I know I had a ball with my Tak 135/2.5 this month. I even managed to get a couple of really good ones out of it.

I was kind of frustrated with my previous 135 month, having jumped from 3 months at 28 or 30mm. It'll be a useful exercise in versatility/training my eye.

I'm partially in, I off on holiday (can a retired person go on holiday......or is it just travelling?) to Turkey and then the Greek Islands..... so taking photos isnt an issue.....don't know if posting will be that possible...... will see. Any way..... this trip is going to be zoomless for me..... want to see how holidaying with primes goes..... to that end my lens is going to be the F*300 4.5.....it's just small enough in size to see if it can earn it's place.

I may weaken at the last minute though and drop my 70 and 300 and take the Sigma 70-200.

I really need to give my DFA100WR a spin. It's the one lens I have which has never really grown on me, but since I last "singled" it I have learned a lot. Expect a lot of garden close-ups as spring gets springing.

So do we have to post each days photos on the day they are taken, or can we throw up a couple at a time if we don't process them each and every day?

Post 'em as you like, as long as they're taken on the day.

The aim is to post a photo taken on each particular day, into the corresponding daily thread. When they are actually posted often varies due to all sorts of circumstances. Most of us manage to miss a day or two entirely without feeling *too* guilty

I hate missing a day, and I've only done this for two months. For me weekends are always the hardest to try and get a shot. I'm always either extremely busy, traveling or working, though working on the weekend makes it a bit easier since 98% of my shots are taken while at work traveling around my territory. I'm hoping that using a macro capable lens next month will help with weekend shots since I really don't have anything good to shoot at home..

I'm in for another month. Only five lenses left and I will have singled-in all mye lenses. The choice is between Super-Takumar 55/1.8 Helios 44m-4 S-M-C Takumar 105/2.8 and Super-Takumar 135/3.5. The MTO 1100A monstermirror will probably not be singled-in. At least not this month.

i need some advice. Somehow Flickr has become unavailable, probably China is blocking it because someone posted a picture that could be construed as critical of the Chinese government, which has the mentality of a spoilt 8 year old. So can someone suggest a good alternative to Flickr please?

I'm back.
I will use one of my "K" series lenses, just not sure which one yet...
I feel rejuvenated after a 3 month lay-off

Hello all,

I'm fairly new to this forum. This seems a good way to become an active member, so I'm in. Will be shooting with my K50 coupled with...? Well, I'm not sure yet. I have a few to choose from ☺

I doubt my recent ebay purchase (S-M-C Takumar 85mm 1.8) will arrive by the 1st of the month, so I'll likely go with another.
