Post Processing Challenge #121

I don't know how we could have gone almost 8 months without a PP challenge, but since the previous host has seemingly disappeared, I will start things back up.

Edit this photo & post your version in this thread for a chance to be the host of the next challenge This challenge will close on 9/15 (end of day in your time zone) just to get things back on track.

These challenges were really fun back in the day, so I'm glad to be bringing them back!

wow Adam thanks for reviving and letting us play with a Z image! I had a hard time deciding between my color and bw results but since there hasn't been a bw yet...

For What It's Worth

I don't know how this image will look once uploaded but, what the heck. I recall the colors of this type of geology from our '09 trip to Moab and Bryce; beautiful stuff. What a crisp image this was. Wow, a 645. I recall lusting for a 6x7 in the film days. Oh well.

I actually like the shadowy part at the bottom. Framse the sunlit earth nicely.

My attempt, I used localised adjustments and some other adjustments like my nickname might suggest.
