Thanks, Comfest means community festival, it happens in this city park near downtown Columbus, the park is only one city block in size. The cups are beer and not to far from where this was a hillside covered with groups smoking, some even had bongs, must be the one time of year the cops look the other way. I didn't notice the football til I saw this photo, but people were doing everything. The dancers were people that just came out of the crowd, or sometimes the drummers just danced, very loose, drummers came and left, it was a blast. I'm still going through photos, there was a lot to see, and I didn't even get any of topless women. Kind of a hippy fest. There is a lot of activists there for one cause or another, like people with petitions for this or that, they are not aggressive though. There was one area where an "ultra" conservative religious group was "preaching" all day and others were "preaching" back at them, quite comical really, I'll post some of those photos when I get them processed and uploaded. This was my first time to the Fest and I'll hope to get there next year again, a lot of fun, a lot of photo ops.

Thanks
I was clearly in Columbus at the wrong time of year! Great shots, wish I'd been there.

Best wishes, Kris.

Busy Busker taken with Pentax K-x and Pentax-M 120/2.8 by Jason Doss, on Flickr

He sounded really good! He did a few Beatles tunes while we stood there. And I think he was the major tip-winner of the day.

Nice capture! I like the heels/drum cable connection thing, plus the alarm clock

Shot with my iPhone. The camera of my (bald) cameraman in front and the photographer hired by de owners of the cheese factory opened by king Willem-Alexander (the man smiling.)

And my former colleague Pier van der Heide waiting with a whole lot of photographers for the king and the cheese tasting!
