Those "guys" with the huge lenses sure beat me to it when it comes to "reach", let me tell you.

Check out the size of my... lens. taken with Sony NEX6 and Pentax-M 50/1.4 by Jason Doss, on Flickr

Taken last summer... not surprisingly, this is how Canonites hold their large *ahem* lenses....
