No it was not the same airshow, This looks more like the Canon airshow.

I've been curious about those lenses for broadcast cameras. Since I can read the model name in your picture, I looked it up. It's an 8.3-800mm zoom with a maximum aperture of f/1.7. This is what I found on the product page:
