Poppy taken with very shallow DOF. Not sure what the second flower is called, but is has lotsa lovely lavender..

Bachelor's button - I think. I only noticed the bug when doing a deep crop.

Not sure what this is...it was in my garden. Taken with the Lensbaby Velvet 56 and lightly processed in LR.

Thanks...here is another using the same lens. It has a very specific character, but if you like the rendering, there's nothing else like it.

The tiny flower of the poke salad plant. It will turn into a berry that birds love. Although it is poisonous to humans, it does not affect birds. The leaves are not poisonous and are sometimes use to make salad, hence the name poke salad.

Olympus 75mm f1.8 with an extension tube.

Below is a different version of the same flower - another deep crop but this one is from a K1 image taken with an SMCA 200mm macro.
