Once upon a time I rented a small beach house on Tulalip Bay, on the Tulalip Indian Reservation. The views were awesome, and the sunsets spectacular. I used mostly Kodachrome back then, and it captured the colors very well.

All shot on Kodachrome, with a Ricoh XR2S, with a Pentax M40-80mm zoom lens.

Copied with a Pentax K5IIs, and A50mm f1.7 lens with a Pentax Auto Bellows M and Slide Copier For Auto Bellows M.

Cannon Beach, Oregon. Clouds on the horizon, so not the colors I’d hoped for - but then this lovely golden sky appears over the surf... I love this place!

I know!

If there was a Nikon beach I would shoot it with my Pentax too!

Cannon beach sunset, December 30, 2014.

Froze my butt off.

It has been as long as a few inches past my waist, and as short as a buzz cut. And it is getting longer again, been 2 years since scissors have been near it.

Go here to see me when I was 25.
