I just can't capture the actual colour in the sky with these sunsets. The white balance in the camera screws it up every time. The whole sky is colour, so the camera tries to make it white.

These are excellent, Rob! As to WB, have you tried CTE? My guess is that it won't try to make it all white. Or are you shooting RAW?
