Difficult image. I tried to keep a natural look.

Loved the photo as it was--just a few tweeks--Also, I always like the way it looks better in photoshop than as a jpeg. Any suggestions on how to make the jpeg better or should I just exaggerate my changes so the jpeg tones it down to what I want?

Save your jpegs in sRGB, most web browsers can't display Adobe RGB images as intended.

Depending on your color settings (menu Edit -> Colors) Photoshop can display images in a different way.
If you don't want to mess with these settings, you can use soft proofing: menu View -> Proof setup. There you can tell photoshop to simulate the final result in different color spaces. If you choose sRGB it should be closer to the final jpeg.
