The first iteration of the hydrofoil sailboat that I designed for my senior design project as an undergraduate engineering student at Stony Brook University. As with the images of Red Roo above, it's also a single frame from a movie. Shot on Long Island Sound in 1975.

All the 'issues' add to the dynamism of the images. The top image gives a sense of the limits of control. The middle image allows me to sense the speed - and the last is 'whew got through that okay'. Must have been a blast on the day.
