Great thread! Really enjoying all your beautiful kitty photos!!

I have 13 cats, but in the interest of not monopolizing the thread, here are a few favorite shots.

Feel free to monopolize the thread Lori - I think we need to see all 13 (group shot?)

Aww, Doc's a brave cat! It's funny, out of my 13 I've noticed only the three males fear thunderstorms. The females pay no attention.

I will post another... this is Addy and her milk mustache!

This Fester the Cat. He has only lived here about a year, but he is the king and he lets us stay in the house to work for him. Fester was a barn cat, then moved to a veterinary office where my wife worked and she became attached to him. After a year of so there he decided to move to our house. He's a very likeable cat with a lot of personality

My old friend

I just had him put down two days ago because of kidney failure.
That was hard but he's better off that way. He was 15 years old.

He's the only cat I've known who'd purr just by me looking at him. He also recognised his own name and
would start purring when he heard it.

Regards,
--Anders.

Sorry for your loss, Anders. He sounds like a wonderful friend. You gave him 15 good happy long years.

Sorry to hear this - sounds like he was a great companion. We also lost our Kitty (see post# 23 above) a few years ago. He just vanished without a trace, which was difficult to deal with. Even now, I'll keep an eye open for him when driving or walking around the neighborhood....

Aww, I'm so sorry, Anders. It's so tough to lose them. But you made the right decision in his best interest. Beautiful kitty.

Paul, I know the feeling. It's really hard when you don't have closure.
