That's why I ran back into the house to grab a camera as soon as I saw him like this...hoping he wouldn't move before I grabbed the shot. He did move a few seconds later, extricating himself from the plant (it's a good-sized "bird's nest anthurium") to beg for attention. Most days, it's impossible to walk in the yard without him underfoot. Literally -- I have tripped over him and/or stepped on him more times than I can count. He even waits next to the driveway to greet me when we get home from an outing, so he can be the first to climb into the car so I can't get out of it without stumbling over him. Note the oversize paws -- his nickname used to be "Bigfoot", until we realized that most of Roxy's brood have huge paws (as she does). Collectively they are known (by us) as "Sasquatch Nation"

Cameras: kitten taken using Sony ILCE-5000 with adapter and my cat taken with Pentax K-5.

No-no-no, it's HIS bed, he lets you sleep in it. We always say, our cats are not totally spoiled, they do let us sleep in their bed

Ours may not be totally spoiled, however I can guarantee, he is constantly working on it. We love him anyway..
