Oh no no, it's not the same, you can see them pose at a different angle.

The colored shot was originally shot vertically. Here is the one you might've thought was the same shot. If you compare the two, you'll see the differential.

I suppose what I should have said was, "The same couple but posed differently." It still remains a great photo.
