Lichen, and a dead tree, likely poisoned by humans thinking they were doing the right thing to eradicate the dwarf mistletoe that caused the witches broom branch clusters on the tree.

Bunya pine again. Well pruned I assume to prevent weak or oversize branches from falling on pedestrians, or perhaps the lower branches are self-pruning* as there appears to be broken one on the left side. The tree is growing in a municipal park.

*A variety of trees "self-prune" especially when growing in a crowded stand. Branches that do not get enough sunshine to support themselves by photosynthesis do not receive enough nutrients from the roots to stay alive, so they eventually die and in time will fall off. (the tree "allows" them to whither and die). The phenomenon is especially common among evergreens.

One of the last photos I took before I got sick and couldn't hold a camera or get out of bed to do so.
