I cannot believe I did not find this thread earlier; probably 80% of all my photos are taken on forest walks. Here an abstract one I did on one of my many forest walks.

Well at least you found it now. Nice photo. We've actually sold a few prints similar to that one.

Fungus just getting started on a tree trunk. Must check back over the weeks as I suspect this will expand into something more complex and visually interesting

I'm back from probably the best weather for ICE Out ever. However it was too windy for paddling so we did lot's of walking.

My travelling companions. taking in the Sunset

Skunk cabbage from our walk on Wednesday, and gaywings (AKA fringed polygala) from our walk Friday. BTW: The last image is a very deep crop. Hand-holding with a zoom lens, I could not get very close.
