Gooseneck canyons in Capitol Reef National park. In the full size image I can see 12 hikers walking in the creek bed (near center of image).

Rock formations at Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve, Australian Capital Territory. Quite a decent snowfall on the ranges just before this photo was taken. The snow rarely comes down to nearby Canberra, and so residents were out in mass over the weekend trying to get a bit of it. The grass around these rocks is well maintained by the kangaroos and wallabies that roam the reserve and countryside.

Plenty of rain this winter, and so things are quite green. Hopefully there will be no big fires this summer! Just over the mountains to the south (left and behind camera) is the Orroral Valley, which was burnt quite badly and remains closed. Animals were evacuated from Tidbinbilla, but fortunately it escaped the flames this time.

A farm pond and barn, Ohio. There's a modern tractor far out in a field, so the barn may still be used. Heavily overcast day with intermittent showers.
