Thanks. Now and then I think, why did I move to a K20, then to a K5, then a K3, then a K1?. But----I don't think about it much or long.

I love my K10D (I have two!). I use them far more than my (also ancient) K5! Yeah, I'm a stubborn old goat

Looks like you captured stars down to at least magnitude 8.5, and excellent color and nebulosity (not to mention beautiful sharp star images). I'm no expert, but for images such as this I go in for whatever processing I need to make the sky look how I want. In particular I boost contrast well beyond what you have here, in the darker part of the sky.
