I've been wanting to get out there one of these days. The harbor where the ferries depart is close by and I should take advantage...
There isn't a great deal to see & do, no facilities at the time we visited. Go when the wildflowers are at their peak and watch for California Quail,

Holy Canoli! I am all over this amazing image. Cannot say enough about it except, many thanks for sharing this beauty. If you have a Museum of Fine Arts in your area,

I am confident they would be delighted to have this on display. A great many thanks for a wonderful photographic treat. Well crafted capture.

Thanks, Tony, I had awakened to a blanket of fog that morning. It was so thick I had to wait a couple of hours before it began to lift. I drifted down to the local lake where I captured a number of shots as the mists were rising. A lot of avian wildlife was present which made for a great morning of photographing a subject I'm not that well versed in. A nice experience, though...

There are a couple of ducks sheltering in the reeds just lower left of center. They seem to like the cover.

Thanks Walt. Even now there's still a bit of snow on the very tops, but it won't last much longer unless another "atmospheric river" heads our way.

The Jackson Hole airport looks tiny compared to the Grand Tetons in the background.

That is a really fine scenic. Maybe we can get back to Wyoming some day. It's been many decades since we were last there.

I was only there that one time but my gosh the scenery took my breath away. Never made it to that famous barn scene but we made a promise to go back one day. Here is another one with the beginning of a sunset.
