Hi Lidy,

Was this taken in the Netherlands? The clouds and river seem familiar.[COLOR="Silver"]
It's quite a familiar one, that cloud formation, isn't it? You're right, Hans. It was taken in the Netherlands, quite close to where I live. Taken on the Lekdijk, near (I think) Everdingen or thereabouts.

Clouds of Mt. Fuji

You all should come to my office at 3,400m of altitude. Tons of clouds up here. Everyday and every night has something different to offer. Here's a quick time lapse I put together. Wish I had more clips but I'm usually super busy up there. Hope you enjoy it.

Body: Pentax K-5II,
Lenses: DA 35mm f/2.4 AL, HD DA 15mm f4 Limited, kit zoom 18-135mm

Extremely nice and a great place to have an office! Thanks for sharing this. Off topic, but how does that work with altitude sickness or isn't that a thing at 3.4 k?

Hah, from now on I shall cherish the idea that I'm able to recognise 'Dutch' clouds. Or perhaps it was the whole scene that seems familiar.

Oh altitude sickness is real. Headaches, nausea and insomnia are all symptoms but nothing is serious at that altitude. Most people get over it within one night of sleep. Anyway, glad you enjoyed the video.

And to make it relevant to Pentax, I shot it with a K-5II (which sadly died this past summer), the plastic 35mm lens, Limited 15mm and the kit 18-135mm zoom lens.

Aha, that's good to hear, because Health and Safety would surely object otherwise. The images are very nice, and it's good to know that even unexotic lenses like the 18-135 and the plastic 35 can work such wonders. Sorry about the K-5ii, hope you replaced it with another Pentax product.

Brilliant, especially with the reflections in the water. They lead the eye most pleasingly.

Purely for the clouds, this, not exactly a classic shot otherwise
