In Spring & Summer of '15 we had torrential rain & lake flooding in Texas. This was taken between storms. The foreground water is an actual pond, the rest is a flooded park and soccer field.

Thanks - but no chimney - it is a "tower" that holds electrical cables for the trains passing by on that platform...
