Thanks guys, I had no idea what it was. At first I wasn't sure if it was even real or if it was an optical illusion between my car window and my glasses, as that can sometimes do weird things. I've seen ice fog close to the ground during really cold weather, but not in the clouds like that.

Thanks. Clouds and large lakes can be good combination for that sort of thing.
