They both work! I like the pink (purple?) flowering tree peeking out from the statue. And yes the b/w emphasizes the clouds and the tone of the statue.

Last July when went to the funeral of an uncle of mine in Arnold. Standing in front of a sod house that my mother lived in as a child.

A seven image panorama, also from the site of the sod house my mother lived in. The house is on the left, overgrown with juniper trees.
