These Rolled in this past Friday Morning . These pictures really don't do then justice. It was like some one was weaving them together as they seem to be rolled over and under each other

Then Later on the rains came.

I stepped outside a moment ago when there was a brief ray of sunshine, but then the showers started up again...

Taken mid-September on a lovely evening at Lake Grapevine, using an old Canon p&s:

As with Kennygee's postings above, T.S. Sergio also produced some interesting patterns on its approach up here in the north. As it crossed the skies around sunset, mammatus-like clouds appeared. The third shot was of the storm system a day later after it had tracked to the east, bringing a lot of rain.
