Another classic, the Holden Monaro GTS 327, (HK i think), these had a Chevy motor.
I am asking because I found the filter useful in certain conditions, and a disavantage in others. for instance in this gallery dedicated to a Corvette:

I used a 49 circular filter but as I didn't have a 52mm filter I shot these last two without it (K24mm f2.8)

What do you think? Better with or without?

The camera is an LX, and for the top pics I've used the M85mm f2 and the M35mm f2.8.

IMO< the pix with the filter are better, more paint color, less glare. I use a CP filter so I have the option to have reflections on glass, or see through the glass, as well.

According to the owner, the car is mostly MG TC except for the head lamps. Those are from an Rolls Royce and are a little out-sized for the car. BTW, the antique post-card look is intentional.

Steve, if you are starting a competition about hood ornaments with me you should already know that "resistance is futile".

Hood ornaments? This was out the front of a laundromat. Obviously the owner's maid is on holidays. I hope he realizes that you don't put a cravat or a tweed jacket into a washing machine. (Pentax D FA 50mm f2.8 Macro on Sony A7)
