Tractor Buying Addiction. I could see myself catching that disease
Ah, I get it now. Like LBA.

Yes.

I suffer from TBA.

Mrs. Racer told me many years ago when I first started talking about getting a second, newer diesel tractor to supplement the 8N that I can only have one tractor. When I dragged this Kubota home she asked me what I thought the Ford would sell for.

I pointed out to her it is the same age as her, and we have had it so long it is like a part of the family. Then I asked her if I should trade her in too.

She hasn't said a thing about it since.

I hadn't noticed this thread before. I enjoy a good tractor shot every now and then.

So far my wife has nixed a tractor here at home (I just have to go play at the farm). I get this "you don't need a tractor" stuff. But we shall see what I may come home with one of these days...

Anyway here is another one from the Old Threshers last fall.

I asked my wife if I could bring this one home. And all she does is just laugh at me. No "we don't need that" or "how are we going to pay for that", just chuckles. Maybe I should take that as a "yes"

I could plow my driveway with that! And fulfill my childhood dream of being able to dig a big hole anywhere I want.

And you can dig holes with hydraulics instead of manual labor! As one of my old co-works used to say, "working smarter, not harder through hydraulics" or something like that.
