A view to Corner Inlet and Wilson's Promontory from the hills behind Welshpool (Victoria, Australia). K-30 + DA-L 55-300 (at 87.5mm!). I took the clarity slider (ClearView in DxO Optics Pro) as far as I could without it looking too artificial.

Storm cloud hat

Just a reminder about the scope of this thread, this is a quote from the OP.

I don't know where exactly the cutoff would be, but I would say at least 50mm on APSC, 75mm on FF.

A small cloud sits atop a peak located SW of Lake Moogerah in Queensland. K-1 and HD D-FA* 70-200mm at 140mm, though I wished I'd been about 100mm to better frame the sunny hill in the foreground. Silly mistakes like that happen when you don't take photos regularly.

Nice! Reminiscent of Impressionist compositions.

Grand Canyon

Grand Canyon shots. Used DA* 50-135 on the K-3ii its a zoom, hope it counts.

The second is more of a portrait of the rock formation, but I could not resist. Probably one of my favorites from the trip.

No, Rob, it's a pair of swans taking off. (Hard to tell even on the Flickr image.) It's pretty rare for whales to come into Nooramunga, because it's too shallow.
