I recently got an old Tamron 500 mirror lens for cheap and have been playing a bit. I took this on my way home from work yesterday, across the river valley. It's not the sharpest picture ever, lots of mirage looking across the river. My tripod setup isn't the most stable in the world either, mirror lockup is absolutely necessary with this thing.

I quite like the perspective you can get in the mountains with a super tele; K-50 and A 400/5.6

Well done! I also have an old mirror lens, but I gave up using it because the focus was razor thin and it was hard to place it in the right spot.

Who says you can't get a decent picture of a sunrise with a clear sky? Taken yesterday morning with my Sigma 105 f2.8 macro and K3.

The large building with the mast is Bawdesy Manor where a lot of the research into radar was carried out at the start of WW2.
