Sorry for the wings span with feet in the air pics. I just went back to post opening and now fully comprehend the posting guidelines, something I should have done earlier! I may be suffering from "brain lag" after reading all the instructions for my new K3ii.....

1st DS with kit lens, built in flash.

I held the camera upside down to cut down on shadows from the flash, watching to focus ring to confirm focus as looking into the viewfinder was not an option.

My way of reducing motion blur well, cheating it really. Vivitar 135mm F2.8 Kominie first version. Shot around F5.6 I think.
Owl courtesy of my late Father-in-law, he would have appreciated my having it in my garden, loved his garden ornaments.

that works, I really wasn't set up for it as you can tell

no chance to change settings
