Post processing challenge #203

I hope I'm doing this right

I thought I would try for the total opposite of the previous challenge. Instead of the layered cold of the Scottish highlands scene; brisk and chilly. Here is a shot from the Great Barrier reef, blue skies and warm calm water. K-1 with the DFA 24-70

I realise I have been tardy in responding to the challenge, so I'm not sure if the full week will apply to allow time for participation. I guess if it does the challenge will end at midnight Thursday Dec 14 AEDST.

Good luck!

(In my opinion) that is an extremely difficult image to process. I've attached my PP'd image, I'm not really happy with it.

I'm super interested to see what other people with more skill than I come up with!

Fun photo to play with. Like that blue one, Rimfire. Think you did a fine job as well, bobbotron.

I do not normally do this type of thing but the image for me was somewhat intriguing so I could not resist a quick play. The scene to me looked rather unreal so wanted to reinforce that, not sure if I have gone too far or not far enough

Anyway a few minutes and a few raw smart objects plus a touch of colour and clone

Nice work guys.

RFD, if you tone down the cyans/blues just a smidge that is exactly what it looked like at the time.

It was tough work, standing ankle deep in warm clear water, peering at the tilting screen of the K-1, with a beer in hand. But, one has to suffer for ones art....

I'll play. It's been a while and I'm a bit rusty.
