"Looking up" - past the mast and rigging of a Tall Ship in Vittoria Dock, Birkenhead for the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race 1984. I believe the ship is the "Gloria". Photo takne using MX or SPII camera

Thank you a lot. yes, it is a long exposure shot on a tripod. Sat a camera near traffic light where people will have to stop and wait. I learn that 9 out of 10 people will check their phone when wait for the green light and when people reading something on phone, they will be absolutely no movement beside their fingers maybe!
