A few from the beaches of the Bering Sea.
The beaches could hardly be more different, but both excellent sets. Well done guys.

Not the prettiest beach shot in the thread, that's for sure. It's a barrier beach at one of the wetlands I visit. In my pre-retirement days I took part in a project to deal with the algae that washes up on the beaches along this part of the Lake Ontario shoreline during most summers. Doesn't seem to have done much good so far.

They Don't Listen You Know...

Despite being on the threat of death and being buried under a nearby sand dune... Lady Kerrowdown not caring one jot, leaving footprints all over my virgin beach before I was finished shooting.

Ah, the photo needed human context anyway

Aye perhaps... but it didn't need footprints all over the place.

Scots and Kiwis are aligned here. If there are more than two people on the beach, it's too crowded.....

I'd go even further, if there's more than on one the beach...

Lovely photograph. It is no secret that Scotland possesses some of the world's most pristine and beautiful coastline. BTW have you heard the one about two Scotsmen leaving a bar? It could happen. ) Thanks so much for uploading.

A great shot and not worth all the work it would have taken with photoshop to make it pristine. Or just wait for the next tide...

Limestone beaches, Amherst Island, eastern Lake Ontario. A lot of erosion during high water and storms this spring - the softer material between the slabs just gets washed out and the shoreline collapses.

This is neither flotsam not jetsam but it sure is stranded. Catamaran at The Entrance North beach today. I was told that it came ashore because of a medical emergency but I don't know how true that is.
