Welcome to Post Processing Challenge #213!

Sorry for the delay. I want to thank Arizona Dave for hosting the last challenge and selecting me to host 213.

The subject for this challenge is Kanarra Creek Falls, located just outside of the northwest portion of Zion National Park in Utah. I have provided three bracketed exposures for your use. You may use 1, 2 or all 3 at your discretion. Multiple entries are welcome. I will give the customary one week and close this challenge the evening of Tuesday March 14. Let the fun commence!

Single image processed in On1 Photo RAW focusing on complimentary colours.

Well it seems that posting only one version isn't the norm, so with such a wonderful image how could I not be tempted to add to the pile of images for Glenn to work through?
All of these images derive from the single image 2 frame with PP conducted in On1 Photo RAW.

Reduced the colour channels slightly and added a split tone

Working with split tones and added a filter in On1 FX

Going warm with split tones and the On1 FX filter

Added another FX filter to go nuts with a rusty texture

And who could resist some real darks in B&W?

Sorry mate, but it was great fun morphing this image into different creations.

Okay, this will be the last, and if you only want to pick one to review out of all this lot Glenn, I understand. So as you posted three images for HDR I had to finish with one of those. HDR Merge in LR6, then On1 Photo RAW for PP, return to LR6 for CA correction and export.

I'm not a fan of HDR, so here is my HDR attempt :-)

Attachment 347171

Today I tried it again, using only exposure #3, with my usual starting settings.

Attachment 347322

and the HDR with bump in contrast. I think this is the best version.

Glenn, you're a better man than I am for sharing such a wonderful image. I have way more attempts than attachment space now. Here are a couple that my tired eyes can actually tell apart from the others. I hope to see many more!

Its a nice photo.

I need to get out that way this spring.

Tried my hand at it, using my normal post processing methods. I didn't spend a huge amount of time on it though. Here it is.
