The lens was the DA 18-270mm, if one were to be damaged I'd rather it be that one I suppose, but it seems to be functioning as it should.

Lovely! Am already pleasabtly surprised and a little more encouraged/inspired with the 06 lens on. Back home from a whirlwind visit to syd on the weekend and am a little shattered. A hysterically crying 2 month old indoes nothing for your nerves when you're driving over 100km/hour on the freeway.

Today is bleak and grey, but hoping it will sunshine it self up later

Why so slow? Our speed limit is 75 mph (120 kph) and most of us consider it a lower limit.

Coz I was also using one arm to rock the cradle car seat...

Otherwise I was doing about 119km/h on cruise control (actual speed is supposed to be 110)

...and then there are all the morons doing slower or faster, or speeding up as you try to overtake!

3 days in, I've shot, but I won't post the pix from Sunday or Monday until tomorrow. I need an extra day in my weekend.

As an aside from extra weekend days (cause who wouldn't want that) - anyone in the Single In Group who is considering an O-GPS1 drop me a line - I just posted one on the marketplace, but I'd be inclined to treat a "single inner" as a preferred buyer. I'm also considering selling a few items of glass (Rok 8mm / DA 12-24 / 18-135). This comes as I rationalize gear after acquiring a K-1. I'll probably regret it in the end. Anyway. Off to work.

2 month olds are so relentless at times. Hang in there!

although, in all honesty, I work a compressed schedule at work and every other week I am off on Friday.... so I have a three day weekend every other week...

(and, yeah, it's really nice)

I am talking blizzard conditions. Taking my cameras outside right now would be no more entertaining than shooting at pieces of white paper.

Awesome!

I'm really close to 15k on my K-S2. I'm finding it hard to wrap my head around that.
