Post Processing Challenge #218 - fresh-market roof in Santa Cruz de la Palma

Welcome to Post Processing Challenge #218! I hope you find this image worthy of your efforts.

Camera: K5 IIs Lens: Tamron 17-50mm/f2.8
This is quite a quirky one because of the geometry and the lens deformation but hey, go wild on this one!

I will let this challenge run the customary week and close it sometime in the evening of Saturday April 29th.

Not a huge amount of responders but I didn't expect that either.
Glenn5995 - beautiful warm colors, great texture to the whole thing. I'd put that on my living room wall without a problem.
Arizona Dave - all valid attempts but your first "wild" version looks like something out of a space adventure and your last version looks a bit like ancient islamic motifs found in certain regions of Spain, really lovely!
James Saltwoord: Dr.Who immediately springs to mind, there's depth to this and the psychedelic thing going on with the colors.

The winner to me is Arizona Dave for coming up with an unexpected blend of modern architecture turned into traditional-looking motifs. Exceptionally well done. Congratulations.

I thought Glenn and James did outstanding this round. I almost entered nothing after seeing James' mind-bending entry. My guess is that's the real reason for so few entries this week. Thanks for hosting, newmikey!
