Sun Through the Fog

It was a foggy morning yesterday so I went to the nearby park to get photos of the rising sun through the fog. However, the sun was not even visible until long after sunrise. When it finally appeared it was above the trees, but I liked the view. Pentax K-1 and DA 60-250 handheld.

I get that you're Canadian but you can't seriously be looking forward to that. It is a nice photo though.
I do enjoy photographing the winter birdlife, and if an opportunity like that comes up on one of my walks I'll take it!

Foggy River

Posting another one taken during yesterday's morning fog as my wife suggested. Pentax K-1 and DA 35 F2.4. That is a great little, inexpensive lens!

Part of a timelapse sequence with about 400 photo's during a storm with the camera facing the wind&water. It did cause some mild condensation under the top LCD of the K-3. But this is not the first time I have used it in these sort of conditions and it keeps on working.

Not the greatest pictures but definitely bad weather in more than one sense. 55-60 knot gusts here made a boat outside breakwater drag its mooring...

Both pics w/ K-70 and DA 16-85

Rain-soaked city. Photo (iPhone) taken by my daughter last year during her school trip to NYC. She got to sing at Carnegie Hall!

Great shots. Well done. How long was the exposure? (Couldn't see aperture, shutter or ISO in the EXIF on Flickr.)
