Maybe it's a sign that this is the original Christmas tree?

I was thinking it would look pretty cool if the tree were decorated. It does have lights on it now but they weren't on.

I love the falling snow, it allows you to step into the scene and experience the moment.

Very nice, the ones with the swings and the canal boat are amazingly desolate. If I'm allowed a minor point of critique: the swings would be even better if you could change perspective so that the goalposts (that's what they look like to me) wouldn't be in the background. They're just slightly distracting to me.

Thanks, the way you can make everyday things look so desolate is a big draw of fog to me, love the stuff.

Critique away sure, I will be honest and say this was taken without too much thought, I had just got the camera out and was getting a feel for the light. Turns out I quite liked it. They are goalposts yea and the way the field is laid out, you can see the edges just visible, means something is always going to be visible without thicker fog. But yes they are a touch distracting.
