Thanks, Paul. It's not always that inspiring, but definitely moody. I'm guessing you're in CA now, and not in Texas, right? The images that come from over there (I saw a video of some power cables shorting or something, basically resulting in a huge spark moving along the line) would definitely have impact.

This winter made us happy with snow. The children had a good ride on the sleigh and are now waiting for spring. I have not noticed a severe white balance error, sorry.
On the other hand, there were such charges of snow that it was getting dark.

Most people thing fog is bad weather, but it's a photographer's dream, except I would have liked to see the full moon this morning. This is the sun burning a hole in the fog.

I got ^^ that ^^ wet taking a few moments to snap a half dozen frames to get this...



Where upon I packed up and started to head back into town, watching the weather change all the while. which eventually led to this glorious sunset.

Thank you Des, yes WA state is geographically very diverse place. It's a shame that I'm basically surrounded by deserts though.

(Actually there's odd beauty in deserts around here, I love that.)

If I need to get totally soaked up before seeing that sunset, I'll gladly take it. Glorious, indeed!
