I'll chip in with one of my 645 lenses, yet to be decided. I've Singled a lot of wide angles recently, and the FA75 is in for a "service". That leaves the DFA55/2.8, A120/4.0 macro and the DFA150/2.8

Any requests?

The 645 DFA 55 is such an underappreciated lens!

I'm torn. Started doing this Jan 1 and haven't missed a day yet, but I know I'll be overseas for most of the last half of the month and don't want to feel responsible to use any particular piece of equipment (or to be actively posting, for that matter) during the trip. So I might skip May; on the other hand will anyone object if I plan ahead of time to miss a couple of weeks? I reckon it's somewhat against the spirit of the thing.

My vote? Do what you can, and don't worry about the missed days. Life happens.

I split one of my Singles recently, between the first half of February and the last half of March, because I was going to be away for four ill-timed weeks. So far, no moderator has called around to my house to beat me to death with a fungus-infected 1000mm Takumar, so do what you can and worry about the rest later.

We all do the best we can. Personally I really appreciate your work - I'm learning quite a bit just by observing.

Pretty sure I can hear the FA31 calling me, though I know it's easier to shoot every day when carrying small equipment around, which suggests maybe Q+01. Hmmmm.

Dunno, I might have to travel light to keep ahead of the authorities. But since this is probably an abbreviated month, and you've already committed to medium format.... all right, you shamed talked me into it. FA31 it is.

I will try to participate. However, I have enough of Pentax Q Toylenses and feel not fit for some wide open 110 lenses action.

What about coupling the Schneider-Kreuznach 25mm F0.95 with the Q-7? Might become a month of Bon-Q Bokeh

I think I've just found my lens for May.



SMC-M 135mm f/3.5; it was set to either f/5.6 or f/8. Flash was a straight AF200Sa thyristor unit; oddly enough the recommended f-stop per the flash instructions seemed to have been too powerful by a short margin (too close?).

Unbounced light might be "direct and unflattering", but here it seems to do the subject justice and the detail is pretty good for this oldster. And it's (relatively) small and light like all the M lenses and a lovely, smooth-focusing example; the handling on the K-1 is nothing short of exquisite.
