Meet Stu.
Neighbor got this little guy for free then decided she didn't want him and turned him loose. He spends most of his days in our yard.

Guanacos, taken in Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. Some previously posted. Assertive animals, to be sure.

Although I must vehemently protest the lack of squirrels I must also point out, there is another wildlife thread, although it does tend to be overpopulated by folks who went to Africa, went on "safari" to game parks and took lots of pictures of lions etc.

My one and only image of a Rabbit... unfortunately he's clearly deceased. For the kids, he was too tired to walk and the nice fox is carrying him home after inviting him for dinner.

My protest post of a Chipmunk, you didn't say no chipmunks.

Common wombats. The closest living relatives of wombats are koalas. The wombat is unique in having a backward-opening pouch - you can see in the first photo that she has a joey in there.

They should make those windows open.

That's what we suggested in our feedback. Of course the tour leader's pics were better because he was able to shoot out of the open window by the driver's seat.

Another "through the window" shot - this beaver had been demolishing some young trees but wouldn't budge when we tried to get into a parking space. I think it was yelling "you shall not pass!" in beaverese. The Algonquin ones are not quite as bold.
