I think there's part of a rifle in the upper left corner.
Looks like all you can see is the trigger/breach section of the rifle.

Correct Frank. Lying on rocks, exposed by low tide, along a beach walk in Vancouver.

OK, so where in this shot is a person holding a shopping bag?
BTW, this shot is from Shanghai - people like to hang the laundry out their windows to dry in Shanghai.

I'm going to say down at the bottom just to the left of center in the doorway.

Sorry, that's a purple hat with sunlight shining on it. There is one all white hat in the shot. Keep looking.

How about the guy under the blue sign on the right side of the wagon? The one close to the Espresso bar.
