Wahoo, just landed a used DFA* 70-200 f2.8. My god what a beast! Good I'm pumping more iron these days. Beautiful lens though. Going to be giving it a workout over the next several days. Wow.

It's been a very challenging past couple months here personally and there looks to be another month of more of that ahead for me, but I am grateful that this group keeps on chugging along! Thanks to everyone who has helped and still helps me keep that chug chugging with your daily contributions! I really enjoy our group.

A day of terrible weather, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but at its most photogenic and interesting, I was otherwise occupied by driving, with no place to pull over. Bythe time I arrived home, the weather had cleared up. Oh well, T-storms tomorrow morning, maybe I can make something good out of that.

Been out pinholing today, not going to get the roll developed and scanned till tomorrow now so the pictures will have to wait a day.
Also been a bit slack commenting wise the past few days, sorry about that.

Well, no image on the last day today. Heck, July should only have 30 days...ok, Didn't quite make it. Been great though. Got to shoot every day with the K-1 in preparation for my trip to Africa. Thanks to all who commented. I'm not in for August but...I might be back in September.

Good to have you back Tim. I'd just like to add my thanks too, to everyone who viewed and commented on my offerings during the month. It's been another enjoyable month viewing everyone's contributions, with many great images from a variety of lenses.
