Haven't gotten around to checking if any of the shots today from turned out OK. I've spent the last two hours on the floor installing a new motheboard and CPU. At least I got a good reminder why I got tired of messing with these things years ago - and a reminder that my back and knees aren't getting younger! But now the blasted thing seems to work - and even Lightroom runs without lagging too badly

Oh, and yesterday's cloud snap got into Explore. Goodness knows for what reason

I have missed lots of days, PC fried a hard drive, and then a lack of motivation. Now just going through the pain of reinstalling stuff.
Have a brand new Oly 12-40 on its way next week so I am sure that will get me going. Now to catch up.

Nothing from me today, I'm sorry. I took numerous seascapes near the end of my regular drive south but there was a ton of salt haze mixed with smoke and despite persistent efforts I could not generate one image I was happy to post to DIC, and I'm too tired to knock up a quick macro. Will catch up with comments tomorrow.

I should be able to catch up today - and hopefully find a post worthy picture from yesterday's walk. And this should be a good day for chasing shadows - unless the clouds finally draw in now that the cloud theme is behind us!

Edit: Oops, this week is "abandoned"... Well, I guess I'll go for shadow anyway since that's what I did today

Look to be missing the second day in a row - and am waaaay behind on commenting, sorry. Hope to be back in the game tomorrow on both accounts.

My fly-away gull got into Explore, though. Now, I do wonder why some people comment on explored shots. I had one guy complimenting the colours in a b&w shot...

I'm sure that's the case. I think the goal is to get as many favs for your own images as possible. I think they just have a canned comment that they post to every explored photo.
